(Baonghean) -Her action planNguyen Thi Lan - Vice Chairman of Do Luong District People's Committee, candidate for Nghe An Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term at constituency No. 21, Do Luong district.

I feel very honored to be nominated by all levels as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council. If elected by the voters as a representative of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, I will carry out my action plan as follows:

First: Regularly contact and closely connect with the people to understand their thoughts and aspirations; honestly and fully reflect the voters' legitimate recommendations to the Provincial People's Council and competent state agencies. Proactively urge and closely follow up on the resolution of people's opinions and recommendations. Propose to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council solutions to improve the effectiveness of resolving recommendations, propose mechanisms and policies for socio-economic development that are practical, in line with the people's wishes, highly feasible and in accordance with the law.

Second: As a member of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of the cultural and social fields, based on practical activities, propose to build, supplement and amend investment policies for education, health, culture, science and technology to create highly qualified human resources, create jobs, and reduce poverty sustainably. Implement well social security policies, policies for people with meritorious services, care and protection of children. Participate in monitoring the above contents in practice in the locality.

Third: As a candidate for constituency No. 21 of Do Luong district, I will actively carry out my duties together with the Party Committee and the government, upholding the spirit of solidarity, closely coordinating with all levels and sectors to mobilize resources to effectively implement the four breakthroughs identified by the 20th Do Luong District Party Congress; striving to turn our district into a new rural district by 2020 and have a top socio-economic development in the province; constantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people; linking socio-economic development with environmental protection, building a strong political system.

Fourth: As a female candidate, I will pay more attention and actively work for women's advancement; propose and recommend to the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies to pay attention to gender equality as well as child care and protection.

To carry out the above 4 contents, I will always constantly cultivate and train my qualities, ethics, and qualifications in all aspects to successfully fulfill the duties of an elected representative as well as the assigned duties and responsibilities.
