Previously, on October 13, while patrolling National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered a passenger bus with license plate 35N - 4607 running on the Ninh Binh - Saigon route, driven by Mr. Hoang Van Viet (born in 1965), residing in Ninh Binh province, transporting 9 foam boxes containing 360kg of goat bones without quarantine documents.

Dien Chau Traffic Police Station handed over the vehicle to the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station, which on October 17 destroyed it in accordance with the law. In addition, the vehicle owner was also fined 7 million VND.
