Searching for a 6-year-old boy in the mountains of Nghe An who suddenly went missing
(Baonghean.vn) - The family, authorities and police of Lang Khe commune (Con Cuong) are making efforts to search and widely announce on mass media, but up to now, they have not found the 6-year-old boy in Boong village who went missing on the afternoon of September 16.
The currently missing child is Ha Van Vuong (born 2013), son of Ha Van Phan and Lo Thi Quy, residing in Boong village, Lang Khe commune, Con Cuong district.
It is known that he is a first grade student at Lang Khe Primary School. Vuong is a student with abnormal development and a speech impediment. His parents work far away, so Vuong lives with his grandmother, but because his grandmother is old and weak and cannot take him to school, he has to stay home with her in the afternoon.

Relatives said: At noon on September 16, because the family was busy and no one could pick him up, Vuong stayed at school to eat lunch with the teachers, then his family came to pick him up to go home. Normally, he still plays on the volleyball court in the village, but at 4 pm that same day, his grandmother went to look for him but could not find him. Boong village is located near the Lam River.
Ms. Lo Thi Thuy - Secretary of the Lang Khe Commune Party Committee said: Government representatives have visited and encouraged the family, and directed the search force, but so far there is still no news of Vuong./.
