On the afternoon of June 11, a working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, inspected the results of the implementation of military and defense tasks and the rearrangement of local military agencies when implementing two-level local government in Nghe An.
The Government agreed on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 11 Laws on military and national defense.

The Government issued Resolution No. 151/NQ-CP dated May 26, 2025 unifying the content of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 11 Laws submitted by the Ministry of National Defense.
