Ukrainian intelligence calls Putin the main target
Deputy Director of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadim Skibitsky stated in an interview with the Welt newspaper that Vladimir Putin is at the top of his agency's list of targets.
This is not the first time that Ukrainian officials have threatened terrorist attacks against Russians and supporters of the special military operation. Specifically, in early May, the head of the intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defense of this country Kirill Budanov said that Kiev "has killed and will kill Russians anywhere in the world until Ukraine is completely victorious."

The deputy head of the Ukrainian General Intelligence Directorate was also asked whether the Ukrainian Armed Forces were planning to sabotage the Crimean Bridge. He replied that the Kiev authorities would leave it to the Russian military to "make a way out". At the same time, Skibitsky threatened to destroy the port of Mariupol, calling it one of the key logistical points.
In the early morning of May 3, the Kiev authorities carried out a drone attack on President Vladimir Putin's residence in the Kremlin, two UAVs were neutralized. The head of state was not in the Kremlin at the time. According to press secretary Dmitry Peskov, the attack was a terrorist plot, through which Ukraine placed itself in the list of states that sponsor terrorism.
