Accordingly, the Central Youth Union awarded excellent emulation flags to 22 units with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and youth movement in 2018; awarded excellent certificates of merit to 25 units; awarded advanced certificates of merit to 13 units and awarded certificates of merit to 21 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and youth movement in 2018. Nghe An Provincial Youth Union is one of 22 units receiving excellent emulation flags in 2018.

In 2018, closely following the theme of the year "Year of Creative Youth", the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have maximized the creative spirit of the youth to implement and organize many innovative activities, good practices, creative and effective models such as turning black spots of waste and environmental pollution into playgrounds for children, youth flower gardens; models of "Mural Road", "Car Wash to raise funds", "Charity Music Night"...
