The spirit of Party building and rectification continues to be promoted at the 13th National Party Congress.

On the sidelines of the 13th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Bui Thanh Bao - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Tan Ky District Party Committee, member of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Delegation attending the Congress discussed and shared some contents of the documents submitted by the 12th Central Committee to the 13th Congress on Party building work.

PV:As a delegate attending the 13th National Party Congress, can you share your feelings and thoughts?

Comrade Bui Thanh Bao:I am very honored to be a member of the Nghe An Provincial Party Delegation attending the 13th National Party Congress. My first impression is that the atmosphere is very solemn, dignified, the arrangement is scientific, strict, creating conditions for delegates to fulfill their duties and tasks; especially the very methodical and high-level management of the Presidium.

PV:Through the draft document content, how do you feel?

Comrade Bui Thanh Bao:The documents submitted to the Congress are a very unified, complete, and coherent reporting system, from the words and meanings to the strategic vision; reflecting the summary not only of the 12th term but also of previous terms, as well as outlining the direction and tasks for the next 10 years, especially the next 5 years.

The political report also pointed out 5 profound lessons drawn from practical experience and innovation; 6 key tasks and a system of solutions. We have the right to believe that the Congress will be a great success, opening up new development prospects for our country and people in the coming time.

PV:Do you think the Political Reports and Documents presented at the Congress are close to reality?

Comrade Bui Thanh Bao:The political report not only updates the spirit and political theory but also updates the practicality of the country and the people, combining very harmoniously in the evaluation part as well as the direction part.

And perhaps the result that we found most satisfying and complete, as General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong stated at the opening session, was that "our country has never had such a foundation, potential, position and international prestige as it does today", which was warmly applauded and highly agreed upon by delegates in the hall.

PV:Dear comrade, during the 12th tenure, the work of Party building and rectification was carried out very resolutely and effectively. What is your view on this issue?

Comrade Bui Thanh Bao:Theprevious term and 12th term, our Partypromote the spirit of building and rectifying the Party to ensure the Party's leadership capacity and fighting strength. In particular, this spirit is expressed more clearly, more resolutely, and more fiercely in the 13th National Congress.

Party building must be associated with Party rectification, Party building must be associated with protecting the Party in the new period. We see the viewpoint and system of solutions this time very clearly and we have the right to believe that after the 13th Congress, our Party will become increasingly cleaner and stronger.

PV:Boost xParty building in terms of organization is one of the contents that continues to be raised in the XIII Congress Document. As a head of the district Party Committee, according to him, this work will be implemented.How to build a truly strong district political system?

Comrade Bui Thanh Bao:Party building is the key task of the Party. In the key issue, we build, arrange, and perfect the apparatus associated with streamlining the payroll to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the apparatus, and operate more synchronously and better.

In the last term, Tan Ky district in particular and other localities have done and achieved some very good initial results. After this 13th Congress, we will continue to persevere, to continue to reorganize the apparatus, consolidate the staff of civil servants, especially streamlining the payroll to ensure that our apparatus operates effectively and efficiently. With the spirit that each cadre, party member, especially civil servant, must take the goal of people's satisfaction to evaluate, consider and arrange better cadres.
