(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requires district, city, town Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees, and Party Executive Committees under the Provincial Party Committee to receive and respond to recommendations and reflections from the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people within 15 working days at the latest. If the case is complicated, the deadline may be extended but not more than 30 working days.

Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Plan No. 151-KH/TU to mobilize people to supervise the implementation of Resolution of the 6th Conference of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".
The plan aims to mobilize people to monitor the results of the implementation of goals, tasks and solutions in the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" (Resolution No. 18) and Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee "Continuing to innovate the organization and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units" (Resolution No. 19) in each stage, following the right roadmap and appropriate steps.
Results of implementing innovation and reorganization of the political system in the province according to Plan No. 07-KH/TW of the Party Central Committee and Project No. 09-DA/TU dated April 18, 2018, Plan No. 111-KH/TU dated January 2, 2018 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing the Resolution of the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee.
Supervise agencies, units, and organizations of districts, cities, and towns in developing the Project to arrange, consolidate, and streamline internal focal points and restructure the staff, civil servants, and public employees in conjunction with streamlining the payroll and improving the quality of the staff, civil servants, and public employees in terms of quantity and quality according to Resolution No. 39-ND/TW dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo.
The implementation of mechanisms and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees is directly affected in the process of rearranging and restructuring the apparatus in the political system from the province to the grassroots level.
Regarding the form of supervision, the Plan specifies:
Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to receive feedback and recommendations from organizations, individuals, union members, people and the mass media on issues related to the implementation of Resolution No. 18 and Resolution No. 19 and plans of Party committees and organizations at all levels.
Directly receive letters, feedback and recommendations from cadres, party members, organizations and individuals; participate in monitoring with competent agencies, units and organizations in the process of organizing the implementation of the Resolution.
Through the people's inspection committee, self-management teams in residential communities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in localities and units; through reflections from mass media; through reflections from prestigious people in residential communities; through dialogue.
The plan also clearly stipulates the responsibilities of district, city, town Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees, Party Executive Committees affiliated to the Provincial Party Committee; the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, Party building committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office in organizing implementation...
