Truck driver kills motorcyclist on Highway 1A, flees scene

At the above time, a young man (identity unknown) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37L1-461.57 from Vinh to Hanoi. When he reached hamlet 7, Quynh Hau commune, he was suddenly hit by a truck. The young man fell to the side of the road and his motorbike was completely destroyed.
