Chief of General Staff of the Lao People's Army offers flowers at Kim Lien Relic Site
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 30, Senior Lieutenant General Suvon Luongbunmi - Member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Deputy Minister of National Defense, Chief of the General Staff of the Lao People's Army, his wife and a delegation from the Lao Ministry of National Defense visited Kim Lien Relic Site, Nam Dan District, to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Accompanying the delegation, towards Military Region IV, was Major General Ha Tan Tien - Deputy Commander of the Military Region.

With infinite gratitude and deep respect, the Chief of General Staff of the Lao People's Army and the delegation offered a basket of fresh flowers and incense to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh - who sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation of Vietnam and the people of the Lao ethnic groups.
President Ho Chi Minh, together with the leaders of the Lao Party, State and Army, fought tirelessly for the independence and freedom of the two nations and for peace of the people of the world. He made great contributions to establishing the special friendship between the two Parties, two States, Armies and peoples of Vietnam and Laos.

Before his spirit, the delegation promised to carry out the sacred testament of President Ho Chi Minh and President Kaysone Phomvihane.
