President Putin: Explosion at Crimea college was murder
Russian President Putin sent his condolences to the victims' families and confirmed that this was a murder case.
Speaking to the press on October 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the police are fully investigating the motive and cause of the explosion at a college in the Kerch region, Crimea Peninsula, Russia and the results of the investigation will be widely announced.

The Russian President also sent condolences to the families of the victims and confirmed that this was a murder: “I would like to express my condolences to the families of the deceased and express my hope that the injured will recover soon. It is clear that this was a murder. The motives and causes of the tragedy will be thoroughly investigated. We will fully inform the people about the investigation.”
Earlier in the day, an explosion occurred inside a college in the Kerch region, killing 18 people and injuring 47 others. The suspect was identified as a 22-year-old male student of the college and he committed suicide. The incident was initially investigated as a terrorist attack but was later transferred to a criminal case./.
