(Baonghean.vn) -Recently, on the streets of Vinh, herds of cows often appear, not only destroying the landscape but also blocking the streets, obstructing and causing traffic insecurity.

The areas where herds of cows often appear are the area around Big C supermarket - in front of Vinh market gate, in front of Military Region 4 Command - Le Duan street and the area around the Provincial Hospital - Le Nin street, 3/2 street.

Cows often travel in herds of more than a dozen, wandering the streets, looking for food in places where people litter, or grazing, breaking branches, trampling on flowers in parks, ornamental tree paths along the streets, defecating in places they pass by. The area around Vinh market is where many cows often come to eat garbage, they stand at all intersections, obstructing people and vehicles from participating in traffic.

What is special is that sometimes there are even cow herders, but they still calmly do their own thing, watching the cows standing proudly in the middle of the street, without chasing them away. It is known that these cows belong to households in suburban communes, they often herd the cows into the city to let them roam freely, and go out to find food on the streets.
