Vinh City: Enforced land recovery at Quan Banh

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of December 6, 2016, Vinh City People's Committee organized the enforcement of the decision to reclaim land to implement the planning of dividing residential land plots in area O3 Quan Banh, Hamlet 1, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City.

The area of ​​land that was forcibly recovered has a total area of ​​227.2 square meters located in the residential planning area of ​​O3 Quan Banh, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city. Previously, when the planning was in progress, this land was abandoned, so 8 households in Nghi Phu commune and Quan Bau ward borrowed the land to build business kiosks.

In 2008, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 470 on land recovery here to implement the planning of land division, however, households refused to comply.

The incident has lasted for more than 8 years. The Provincial and City People's Committees have issued many documents and established inter-sectoral working groups to resolve, mobilize, and persuade, but only 1 household agreed, the remaining 7 households did not agree to the relocation support plan.

Mobilize machinery to dismantle illegally occupied areas.

After many unsuccessful dialogue and mobilization sessions, on November 16, 2016, Vinh City People's Committee decided to establish an Organizing Committee to enforce land recovery in the area of ​​O3 Quan Banh to hand over land to households that have been allocated residential land plots.

At the enforcement session, the authorities carried out enforcement and dismantled the kiosks in accordance with the provisions of the law.
