Vinh City forcibly reclaims land in Hung Loc commune

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 30, the Vinh City Land Reclamation Enforcement Board organized the implementation of the decision to enforce land reclamation for 5 households in Hung Loc commune to implement the technical infrastructure project planned on both sides of the 24m planned road.

Implementing the project of planning land division and public infrastructure on both sides of the 24m planned road in Hung Loc commune, the City People's Committee has issued decisions on land recovery and decisions approving compensation plans and supporting site clearance for 105 households.

During the project implementation, most households accepted the plan and received compensation and support for site clearance, handing over the site to the construction unit.

However, there are 5 households: Hoang Van Thao, Hoang Thi Ly, Pham Thi May, Hoang Thi Tuan, Hoang Thi Chau with plots of land in Ngu Loc hamlet and My Thuong hamlet, Hung Loc commune with a total area of ​​nearly 1,500 m2.²affected do not agree with the compensation plan.

Although the Compensation and Support Board, local authorities and mass organizations have repeatedly propagated and mobilized, households still do not comply.

On September 11, 2017, Vinh City People's Committee issued Decision No. 6007 on compulsory land recovery from households in Hung Loc commune.

At the enforcement session, the authorities sealed off the scene, announced the enforcement decision and proceeded to level the site and hand it over to the construction unit in accordance with the law./.
