According to records, beer shops along Phan Dang Luu and Phan Sy Thuc streets, around Goong Lake, still have overcrowding, tables and chairs are not spaced at least 1.5 meters apart as required, and some shops even encroach on traffic safety corridors.

In addition, some shops do not provide hand sanitizer, guest list books, and operate past the prescribed hours (after 10 p.m.).

Previously, Vinh City People's Committee issued Plan 152/KH-UBND allowing food and beverage services in Vinh City to operate, but must ensure the following conditions: The owner of the establishment directly manages and the employees and workers of the establishment must organize PCR testing once a week; Arrange seating for customers to eat and drink, ensuring a minimum safe distance of 1.5 meters; Provide protective equipment for employees, measure the body temperature of arriving customers; arrange adequate means and materials for hand washing, disinfection at the establishment and ensure safe distancing when in contact; Conduct cleaning and disinfection of table and chair surfaces immediately after each customer leaves; Operate no later than 22:00 every day.
