(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 13, the Vinh City Young Pioneers Council held a ceremony to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team, commended outstanding teachers and awarded the "Lighting up the dreams of Vietnamese children" scholarship in 2016.
