Specifically, for the two new patients, NMD (female, born in 2003) and BN (NVĐ, male, born in 2007), their houses are located on Bui Huy Bich Street, between the two previously blocked points. For patient CPL, female, born in 2006, with an address in hamlet 12, Hung Loc commune. The locality has locked down the T45 Radar Station apartment building in hamlet 12 with about 25 households living there.

Thus, up to now, Hung Loc commune has locked down almost the entire Tien Loc hamlet, 50% of households in Phuc Loc hamlet and 1 point in hamlet 12. The locality has sprayed disinfectant in the areas, taken samples from households and focused on investigating and tracing the source of the disease.

Immediately after that, the patient's sample was sent to the CDC, and on the morning of October 18, the result was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3. Patient CPL, female, born in 2006. Address: Hamlet 12, Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City. On October 17, the patient was sampled for rapid community screening with suspicious results. Immediately after that, the patient's sample was sent to the CDC, and on the morning of October 18, the result was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
