Solemn 73rd death anniversary of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem - President Ho Chi Minh's brother
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 7, the 23rd day of the 8th month of the year of the Cat, Kim Lien relic site solemnly held the 73rd death anniversary of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem - Uncle Ho's brother at the house of Mr. Pho Bang Nguyen Sinh Sac.
Attending the event were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Nguyen Xuan Duc - Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee; representatives of relevant departments, branches and sectors; the Nguyen Sinh family and many tourists from all over the country.

Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem was born in 1888, in Hoang Tru village, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province, often affectionately called "eldest son Khiem", was an intelligent person, good at Chinese characters, knew Vietnamese, had a straightforward, straightforward personality, and was compassionate.
Together with his sister, Nguyen Thi Thanh, Nguyen Sinh Khiem participated in patriotic activities in his hometown. He opened a class to teach martial arts to improve people's knowledge and encourage patriotism among the young. He was followed by the French colonialists and imprisoned for many years before being released. In 1946, he visited his younger brother, President Ho Chi Minh, in the capital Hanoi, then returned to live with his villagers as a model citizen.

On August 23, Canh Dan year (1950), Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem passed away in Sen village, at the age of 62. Mr. Khiem's life is a shining example of patriotism, humanity, and love for the country and people for every citizen to follow.
