46 awards were presented at the Elderly Singing Festival in Nghe An province.

After 2 days of organizing the festival, on the morning of September 22, the Organizing Committee of the 2020 Nghe An Province Elderly Singing Festival held the Closing and Award Ceremony.

Attending the closing and award ceremony were leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports, the Association of the Elderly, the Provincial Border Guard Command and more than 300 actors of the Art Team of the Association of the Elderly from 20 districts, cities and towns across the province.

FestivalSong of the Elderly in Nghe An Province2020, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Provincial Association of the Elderly, took place from September 21 to 22. This is a festival for the elderly, held for the first time in Nghe An province, attracting the Arts Team of the Association of the Elderly from 20 districts, cities and towns with more than 30 performances and more than 300 actors participating.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the mass art teamsSenior Citizens Associationfrom districts, cities and towns have exploited the strengths of their localities; invested in and built quality programs and performances. The troupes not only invested in choreography, staging, costumes, props, sound mixing, and orchestration, but also in the force of actors, singers, dancers and musicians. Many performances were successful in logically linking content and performance methods, creating highlights and leaving many unforgettable impressions in the hearts of the audience.

The content of the performances mainly focuses on praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country, etc. In particular, the most prominent is praising the example of the elderly with an optimistic spirit, love of life, and concentration of mind.build homeland, country, building civilized and happy families, building the future for future generations.

The art troupes all performed a combination of singing, dancing, and music, demonstrating the richness of the program; singing, dancing, group singing, solo singing, and independent dancing were commonly used. In addition, the audience also enjoyed solo performances, instrumental ensembles, and skits. At the closing ceremony of the 2020 Nghe An Province Elderly Singing Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 20 collective prizes (01 First prize to the Arts Team of the Elderly Association of Tuong Duong district, 01 Second prize to Vinh city, 02 Third prizes to Dien Chau and Tan Ky districts; 16 Encouragement prizes to the remaining teams); 26 prizes for performances (04 A prizes, 05 B prizes and 17 C prizes).
