Giving breeding cows to poor households in Con Cuong
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 1, the Nghe An Border Guard Command organized a ceremony to give breeding cows to poor households in Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district.

Authorized by the Provincial Border Guard Command, Mon Son Border Guard Station has donated 3 cows to 3 poor households of the Dan Lai ethnic group, namely La Van Tam, Le Van Dan and La Van Tien, in Bung and Co Phat villages, Mon Son commune, with a total amount of 30 million VND. This is the amount of money contributed by officers and soldiers of Nghe An Border Guard to support poor communes in the West to develop their economy.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Hai - Political Commissar of Mon Son Border Post said: To have a source of quality breeds, the unit has deployed staff to survey and select in the area quality breeds, suitable for the climate and soil to give to the people.
Along with supporting breeding cows, the Border Guard helps families with barn building techniques and care techniques to help the animals develop, in order to help families gradually develop their economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.
