Mr. Le Van Hoi is unfortunately disabled and his family is having difficulty with housing. In this situation, as a person born and raised in the locality, the family of Associate Professor, Doctor, Lieutenant General Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of the Institute of Defense Strategy, supported his family with 70 million VND to build a solid house.

In addition, the Association of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Nghia Dan District also supported 10 million VND. After more than 2 months of construction, the 3-room, 80m2 house^2,worth 200 million VND was inaugurated and handed over to the family.

On this occasion, the family of Associate Professor, Doctor, Lieutenant General Nguyen Duc Hai also supported 70 million VND to build a house of gratitude for former Youth Volunteer Lu Thi La in Dong Chua hamlet, Nghia Binh.
