Awarding the Decision to appoint the General Director of the General Department of State Reserves
On March 22, the Ministry of Finance announced and awarded Decision No. 369/QD-BTC on the appointment of Mr. Do Viet Duc, Acting Director General of the General Department of State Reserves (DTNN) to hold the position of Director General of the General Department of DTNN.

At the announcement ceremony, Deputy Minister of Finance Tran Van Hieu said that Comrade Do Viet Duc is a cadre who has been systematically and formally trained, and has been tested and challenged through many different positions. From June 2017, the Ministry's leadership decided to appoint Comrade Do Viet Duc as Acting Director General of the General Department of State Reserves.
No matter what position he holds, Comrade Do Viet Duc always demonstrates a high sense of responsibility, the ability to quickly approach work, a scientific and effective leadership and management method, and is trusted and loved by his colleagues. Comrade Do Viet Duc has received the high consensus and support of the leaders of the Ministry, the leaders of the General Department, and the cadres, workers and civil servants of the General Department of State Reserves.
After receiving the decision, General Director of the General Department of State Treasury Do Viet Duc respectfully thanked and fully accepted the comments on the assignment of tasks from the leaders of the Ministry of Finance. This is an honor, but at the same time, a heavy responsibility for comrade Do Viet Duc personally.
In 2018 and the following years, the General Department of State Reserves will continue to develop a system of legal documents on the State Reserves assigned by the Ministry of Finance; complete the import and export of national reserve goods according to the annual targets assigned by the Prime Minister... These tasks require great effort and concentration from all civil servants in the entire system.
In his position, comrade Do Viet Duc promises to try his best, continue to study the guidelines, strategies and plans of the DTNN sector, policy mechanisms, closely follow reality, be exemplary, be dedicated to work, constantly learn from the experiences of previous leaders to build a united leadership team of the General Department of DTNN, overcome all current difficulties and successfully complete assigned tasks.
