"For female cadres, civil servants, and workers in administrative and career units, wearing graceful ao dai during meetings and unit activities is a regular activity. But for women who are freelance workers, they rarely get to wear ao dai and many of them do not have their own ao dai. Therefore, the program has accompanied and given to women in difficult circumstances to fulfill their simple wish" - Ms. Tran Thi Ha, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Quynh Luu district shared.
