In the UK, children begin sex education at a young age. British law clearly states that children must start sex education at the age of 5. The program, called the “State Required Course,” is applied to all students in public and private schools until they graduate from secondary school. The program is divided into 4 parts corresponding to 4 age groups.
In addition, the UK is also applying the “peer education” method. Through the development of adolescent sex education and the use of interactive images, this method is applied to limit the evils and sexual abuse of adolescents.
