Summoned the subject who blocked the car and asked for money on Yen Xuan bridge
This morning (July 12), Hung Nguyen Nam Commune Police immediately took action to verify, invited the victim and summoned the subject who blocked the car on Yen Xuan bridge to "beg for money" to clarify the incident.
Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television, on the evening of July 11, Mr. QC and his wife, on the way from their hometown to Vinh, were traveling on Yen Xuan bridge when a man riding a motorbike behind them continuously honked and flashed his lights to signal them to stop. Because they were on the bridge and were not driving in the wrong lane or at the wrong speed, Mr. QC did not stop but continued to move to the other side of the bridge (towards Ta Lam embankment).

When they crossed the bridge (to the access road), the man overtook the couple and blocked their car, claiming that the couple refused to give way.
It is worth mentioning that the man was carrying a child and was not wearing a helmet when participating in traffic. Although he was upset and thought he was not doing anything wrong, the man later threatened to call his family to beat him up, so Mr. QC and his wife had to transfer 1 million VND to the man to make things quiet. After returning home, Mr. QC and his wife were also threatened by the man who filmed their house and texted him asking for money.
After the incident was shared on social media, this morning, the Hung Nguyen Nam Commune Police (where the incident occurred) immediately began investigating.

Through investigation, we learned that this morning (July 12), Hung Nguyen Nam Commune Police invited the victim, Mr. QC, to come in for questioning. At the same time, through related operations, Hung Nguyen Nam Commune Police identified the person who blocked the car as D.VT (residing in Hung Nguyen Nam Commune).
Currently, Hung Nguyen Nam Commune Police are continuing to verify and clarify the violations of the subject to handle according to the provisions of law.
