North Korea's official KCNA news agency reported that the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army had issued a threat of "a preventive nuclear strike in the name of justice."
On March 4, leader Kim Jong Un issued a new declaration of war. KCNA quoted Kim Jong Un as saying, “We must be ready to use our nuclear arsenal at any time.”
Mr. Kim Jong Un warned that the situation of division on the Korean peninsula was getting worse, so Pyongyang had to change its military strategy and threatened to carry out "preemptive attacks".
It is known that after the latest nuclear and missile test by the Pyongyang government, on March 2, the United Nations Security Council imposed a series of new, tougher sanctions against this country.
The Security Council's sanctions resolution drafted by the US was unanimously approved by member countries including China - North Korea's only ally.
