Nghe An Province Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center is recruiting civil servants.

I.RECRUITMENT NEEDSNG

The recruitment target for civil servants to work at the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Nghe An province in 2021 is 2 people.

II. SUBJECTS, CONDITIONS AND CRITERIA FOR REGISTRATION

1. Candidates (hereinafter referred to as candidates) who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social status, belief, or religion, are eligible to register for civil servant recruitment:

a) Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;

b) Age from 18 years old and above;

c) Have an application form according to the prescribed form;

d) Have a clear background;

e) Have diplomas, training certificates, and skills appropriate to the job position;

g) Healthy enough to perform the work or tasks;

h) Meet other conditions as required by the job position as determined by the public service unit, but must not be contrary to the provisions of law.

2. The following people are not allowed to register for civil service recruitment.

a) Loss of civil act capacity or limited civil act capacity;

b) Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

III. RECRUITMENT FORM AND CONTENT

1.Recruitment form

Admission according to the provisions of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government.

2.Admission content

- Check the application requirements in the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position. Consider the academic and research results (if any) of the applicant.

- Interview on professional qualifications and skills of candidates: Candidates who meet the qualifications and standards will be interviewed on their capacity, professional qualifications and skills.

Interview content: Test the knowledge and professional skills of the candidate according to the requirements of the job position. Interview score is on a 100-point scale.

3.Determining successful candidates

- Candidates who pass the civil servant recruitment exam must meet the following conditions:

- Have an interview score of 50 points or higher;

- The higher the recruitment results, the more they are selected in order from high to low within the recruitment scope for each job position.

4. Application form

- Application form according to form No. 01 issued with Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants;

- A CV certified by a competent authority within 06 months from the date of application submission;

- Notarized copy of ID card/Citizen identification card;

- Notarized copies of diplomas and academic certificates. In case the diploma is issued by a foreign training institution, it must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese. In case the foreign training institution does not specify the type, additional documents proving the applicant's academic results must be provided;

- Health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 30 days from the date of application submission;

- Certificate of priority in civil servant recruitment (if any) certified by a competent authority or organization;

- 02 4x6 photos taken within the last 6 months (write full name and date of birth clearly on the back), 03 stamped envelopes with the candidate's contact address clearly written on them;

The application documents are contained in a hard cover, with full name, address for notification, contact phone number and list of documents. Each candidate can register for 01 job position. In case the candidate applies for 2 or more positions, and declares false information, he/she will be removed from the list of candidates.

5.Time and place for receiving documents

Applicants submit application documents directly or send them by post.

- Time for receiving documents: From October 29, 2021 to November 27, 2021 (for documents sent by post, the postmark is calculated, documents submitted directly during office hours).

- Time and location of the exam: The exam is expected to be held in December, at the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Nghe An province.

6.Application fee

Implement according to the provisions of Circular No. 228/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of fees for recruitment, examination for promotion and rank promotion of civil servants and public employees.
