In 2019, Que Phong District Party Committee proactively advised and directed the organization of studying and fully and promptly grasping the Party's policies and resolutions and the State's laws. The quality of propaganda work has been constantly improved from the district to the grassroots level, promoting the effectiveness of the team of reporters and social opinion collaborators at the district level.

The District Party Committee's Propaganda Department has organized the study and dissemination of Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on "strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation"...; specifically assessed the results of 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW dated October 9, 2014 of the Central Executive Committee on theoretical work and research orientation to 2030; effectively implemented Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle to ensure practicality and create widespread dissemination.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong highly appreciated the outstanding results of the Propaganda Department and the Political Center of Que Phong district, and emphasized that in the coming time, the district needs to focus on improving the quality of studying and thoroughly grasping directives and resolutions; conducting assessments and summarizing policies and resolutions of the Central, the province and the district.

Along with that is building action programs and implementation plans suitable to the local situation; strengthening propaganda for party congresses at all levels and important political events of the province.

As a border district with many overseas workers, Que Phong needs to step up propaganda to raise people's awareness of the Covid-19 epidemic and how to prevent it. Proactively grasp public opinion, forecast the situation to promptly and effectively handle arising issues; strengthen the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fight and refute wrong and hostile views on cyberspace; continue to effectively implement Directive 05 of the Politburo in conjunction with Plan 196 "Nghe An follows Uncle Ho's teachings" and study the 2020 topic; focus on building a team of propaganda cadres and political centers with qualifications and capacity to meet the requirements and tasks of propaganda work in the current period.
