-Documents include: Vocational training card (original); Discharge decision (original or notarized photocopy); Citizen identification card (notarized photocopy); 4 3x4 color photos; High school or junior high school diploma (notarized photocopy); Training contract; Commitment letter.

-100% tuition exemption for Elementary level vocational training and priority registration for dormitory.
