Nghe An Political School celebrates Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 19, the Provincial Political School held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20. Many cadres, leaders, and teachers of the school from all periods, along with representatives from several departments, branches, and sectors, attended.

Over the past 69 years, generations of teachers and students of Nghe An Political School have worked tirelessly for the development of the school. Up to now, the school has become a major training center for cadres in the province and the region. Professional activities have developed strongly in terms of scale, quantity, training system and training level.

Currently, the Provincial Political School has 4 faculties, 3 departments with 80 cadres, lecturers, civil servants and workers. Of which, 80% have master's degrees. In recent years, the school has had many solutions to improve management, teaching and learning quality; pay attention to scientific research and summarizing practices. The school also focuses on administrative reform, improving facilities for teaching and learning, consolidating and improving the quality of party organizations and unions.

Celebrating Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20 is an opportunity for the school to express gratitude and honor generations of teachers who have been dedicated and devoted to the education and training of the country and the development of the school.

On this occasion, the Political School and 1 individual received a Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for their outstanding achievements in the period 2010 - 2015. The School's Board of Directors also awarded teachers and students who won prizes in the 2015 Competition for Excellent Lecturers and Excellent Students in Political Theory.
