Phan Boi Chau School ranks first in the country in students admitted directly to university.

(Baonghean.vn) - In the 2015-2016 school year, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted had 53 students admitted directly, of which 13 were both admitted directly and exempted from the National High School Exam, among the highest in the country.

Of the 53 students admitted directly, 52 won third prize or higher in the National Excellent Student Competition. In addition, 1 student was admitted directly because he won second prize in the Science and Technology Competition for High School Students in the 2014-2015 school year.

Previously, the Ministry of Education and Training also announced the list of 137 students exempted from the 2016 National High School Exam and directly admitted to University. Among them are 13 students from Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted. These students are on the national team competing in the 2016 International Olympic qualifying round.
