Some time later, Lenh went to Meo Vac district to visit and met Say and her husband. Say invited Lenh to his house to visit, told the young man to find women, trick them into giving them to Say and her husband to take to China to sell.

Around August 2019, Lenh asked a friend for the phone number of Ms. S. (born in 1986, in Tuyen Quang). Lenh called to get to know her and flirt with her with the intention of taking the girl.fall into the "love trap", then gave it to Say and his wife to sell across the border.

Lenh confessed his love and asked Ms. S. to marry him, then arranged to meet her at the market in Hung Loi commune, Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang. On September 6, 2019, Lenh rode a motorbike from Cao Bang, while Ms. S. went with her sister-in-law from Tuyen Quang to Ha Giang to meet as agreed.

Meeting Ms. S., Lenh took the girl out. After that meeting, Ms. S. trusted and accepted Lenh's love.

Knowing that he had won the girl's heart, the guy promised to marry Ms. S. and told Ms. S. that after getting married, they would go to China to work and earn money. At the same time, he promised Ms. S. that when he had time, he would come visit his lover again.

A few days later, Lenh called S. to meet her by the stream. While talking, Lenh told his lover that if S. agreed to marry him, they would have to go to China to work. Hearing Lenh say that, S. called her younger brother and gave him to Lenh to talk to.

Over the phone, Lenh told Ms. S's younger brother that he wanted to marry Ms. S, and received the answer: he had to go to her house to ask her parents' opinion.

As for Lenh, he refused to go to his girlfriend's house to meet her parents and then went to find Say and her husband to discuss selling the girl.

On September 14, 2019, Lenh again made an appointment to take Ms. S. home to be his wife. After meeting his lover, Lenh took Ms. S. out, asked for her hand in marriage again, and only received the answer: he had to go home and ask his family's opinion.

The guy tried to convince his girlfriend that people don't ask their parents' permission before getting married, but only inform their parents after getting married.

And if Ms. S. insisted that he go home to meet her family to talk, then... then there was no choice. Using sweet words, Lenh finally convinced Ms. S. to agree to follow him and become his wife.

On the morning of September 15, 2019, Lenh took Ms. S. to the meeting place and informed Say. When he saw Say and his wife arrive, Lenh said: "This is your daughter-in-law." Because of trust, Ms. S. went with Say and his wife across the border to China, deep inland, and was then sold to a Mong family in China for 13,000 NDT.

For this transaction, Lenh was paid 10,000 NDT (about 32 million VND) by Say and he had to pay for his crime with a sentence of 8 years and 6 months in prison for human trafficking.
