Chasing a group of racers and robbers, 2 police officers in Da Nang sacrificed their lives
While chasing a group of people who organized car racing and robbed people on the street, two police officers from Son Tra district (Da Nang) unfortunately had an accident and died.
Late on April 2, Da Nang City Police had initial information about the case of 2 police officers who died while on duty.
Accordingly, at around 8:40 p.m. the same day, the Da Nang City Command Information Center received a report from the people about a group of people organizing car racing and robbing people on the street.

Immediately, the command center directed Son Tra District Police to deploy forces to pursue the group of subjects.
While on duty, when arriving at Le Duc Tho street near Man Quang bridge (Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district), a collision occurred with 2 officers of the Traffic Police - Order Team of Son Tra district police.
The collision killed Captain D.TT (born 1979) and Sergeant VVT (born 1997).

By 10:30 p.m., the police had arrested one suspect in the racing group and were continuing to search for the remaining suspects.
Currently, authorities are blocking off the scene and investigating the cause of the incident.
