Wanted former director and accounting supervisor of Thanh An Company
The Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency has just issued a wanted notice for Mr. Nguyen Dang Thuyet, who was sentenced to prison in absentia in a case related to bidding violations that occurred at AIC Company.

On June 18, information from the Ministry of Public Security said that two suspects at Thanh An Limited Liability Company, Nguyen Dang Thuyet (former director) and Nguyen Thi Hoa (former accounting supervisor), have just been wanted by the Ministry of Public Security for their involvement in the case of "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences"; "Illegal printing, issuance, and trading of invoices and documents for payment to the state budget".
The Department of Police Investigation of Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling (C03) is investigating the case of "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences; Illegal printing, issuance, and trading of invoices and documents for payment to the State budget", occurring at Thanh An Hanoi Limited Liability Company, Danh Medical Equipment Limited Liability Company, Trang Thi Medical Equipment Limited Liability Company and related units.
During the investigation, C03 prosecuted former Director of Thanh An Limited Liability Company Nguyen Dang Thuyet (54 years old) for "Violating bidding regulations causing serious consequences". In addition, Nguyen Thi Hoa (former tax accounting supervisor of Thanh An Hanoi Limited Liability Company, Danh Medical Equipment Limited Liability Company, Trang Thi Medical Equipment Limited Liability Company) was also prosecuted for "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences".
Both defendants are currently on the run. Therefore, the Ministry of Public Security has issued a wanted notice for Thuyet and Hoa. To serve the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency calls on the defendants to surrender to enjoy the State's leniency policy and exercise their right to self-defense. The Ministry of Public Security said that if the defendants do not surrender during the investigation phase, the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security will investigate and conclude the case according to the provisions of law.
