Tu was accused of stabbing two people, seriously injuring them during a fight at a karaoke bar.

According to the investigation, on the afternoon of September 2, 2016, Mr. Le Xuan Phuong (44 years old, Doi Cung ward, Vinh city), along with Bui Cong Hieu (32 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh city), Nguyen Thi Phuong (29 years old, living in Hanoi) and a group of friends sang karaoke at a bar on Mai Hac De street (Vinh city).
