Wanted Le Quoc Tuan
Le Quoc Tuan, Lieutenant of District 11 Police, suspect of shooting dead 4 people, is wanted for murder, robbery, and illegal use of military weapons.

On the evening of January 30, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department issued a wanted warrant for Tuan along with an order to prosecute the case and the defendant for the above three acts.
He is described as 1.66 m tall; 69 kg, slightly dark skin, black hair cut short, a scar 2 cm above the left eyebrow, a high nose bridge, and speaks with a southern accent. The weapon he used to commit the crime was an AK-47 with a folding stock.

Tuan (aka Tuan Thuy) works at the Detention and Temporary Detention Department of District 11 Police with the rank of First Lieutenant. He has a wife and two children and has been addicted to gambling for many years.
On the afternoon of January 29, Tuan and Le Quoc Minh (aka Si Da, 27 years old) went to a casino in a longan garden near their home - nearly 30 km from the center of Saigon, to play dice. A conflict arose while gambling, Tuan angrily went home and took out his AK and returned to shoot many times at the group of people, killing 4 victims on the spot and injuring 1 person.
This suspect is also believed to be involved in a car robbery that left one person dead in the area of Provincial Road 15, Cu Chi District, early this morning.
