Internationally wanted drug lord is Dung Ha's sister
Internationally wanted suspect Vu Hoang Oanh is the real sister of Dung Ha, a notorious female mafia boss during the Nam Cam era.
The Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency has just issued a wanted notice for Vu Hoang Oanh (born in 1957, hometown Hai Phong) to investigate the act of illegal drug trafficking.

Colonel Le Thanh Liem, Deputy Director of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (C47) - Ministry of Public Security, said that Vu Hoang Oanh is the subject leading a transnational drug trafficking ring.
The investigation showed that Oanh and her followers transported drugs from Cambodia and then crossed the southwestern border (Long An) to Ho Chi Minh City. Oanh is a notorious female gangster also known as Oanh “Ha” because she is the real sister of Dung Ha, a notorious female gangster boss during the Nam Cam era.
After a period of silence, Oanh moved from the North to the South and then to the border area between Vietnam and Cambodia to open a casino and, together with her juniors, such as Tran Van Cuong (from Hai Phong) and Vu Quang Trung (District 10, Ho Chi Minh City), ran a drug trafficking ring, protection racket, loan sharking...
Under Oanh's command, there are also a number of other trusted juniors, the couple Nguyen Thi Hue and Tran Van Thin (living in District 12), who regularly get goods from this source at a price of 200 million VND/heroin cake, then rent apartments in many hidden locations, dividing the "goods" into small portions for distribution.
Previously, on May 24, the Ministry of Public Security and Ho Chi Minh City Police with many reconnaissance teams simultaneously arrested Cuong, Trung, Hue, Thin and 3 other subjects: Tran Thi Le Chi (from Tien Giang), Pham Thi Binh, Dong Duong Nam (both from Hai Phong).
Searching several locations in Districts 10 and 12, the Task Force seized 39 heroin cakes, 30kg of synthetic drugs, 103,000 synthetic drug pills and many related exhibits. A task force was deployed to arrest Oanh at the border, but the cunning gangster boss quickly escaped.
On the evening of July 16, Oanh was officially wanted by Interpol./.
