Search for truck that hit and killed two people and fled
Police are searching for a truck with an unknown license plate that fled after hitting and killing two motorcyclists.
At around 4:30 p.m. on March 9, on the Western Beltway, through Dong Thinh Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa, an accident occurred between a car and a motorbike, killing two people.

Witnesses said that at that time, someone heard a loud crash and a woman screaming. "I saw a truck speeding away. Because we were standing far away, no one could write down the license plate number," said a witness.
Approaching to check, they discovered a woman in her 40s and an old man in his 70s, both dead. These two people did not carry identification papers so their identities were unknown. About 15 meters away from the bodies was a plum-colored SH motorbike with a Thanh Hoa license plate.

Thanh Hoa Provincial Police are investigating the scene and directing traffic. Authorities are calling on people to provide information or images from dashcams that captured the vehicle that caused the accident to assist in the investigation.
