Communication on construction of standard sanitary works

(Baonghean) - The Provincial Center for Preventive Medicine has just organized a communication and consultation class on building standard sanitation facilities for people in Nghia Tan commune, Nghia Dan district.

Through the program, health workers disseminated knowledge to raise people's awareness of the role and importance of sanitation facilities for health; introduced hygienic toilet facilities as regulated by the Ministry of Health, with costs suitable to people's economic conditions. Thereby, contributing to gradually changing people's behavior regarding environmental sanitation, construction and proper maintenance of sanitation facilities.

On average, every month, the Provincial Center for Preventive Medicine organizes 10-12 communication and consultation sessions in the community on building standard sanitation facilities.
