From October 28 to 31, floods are forecasted to occur on rivers in Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the North Central Region Hydrometeorological Station, from today (October 28) to October 31, rivers in Nghe An and Ha Tinh are likely to experience a flood.

According toNorth Central Region Hydrometeorological StationCurrently, water levels on rivers in Nghe An are changing slowly, while rivers in Ha Tinh are rising and below alert level 1.
From now (October 28) to October 31, rivers in Nghe An and Ha Tinh are likely to experience a flood. During this flood, the upper reaches of rivers in Ha Tinh are likely to be at alert level 1, some places above alert level 1; rivers in Nghe An and the lower reaches of rivers in Ha Tinh are below alert level 1.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the cold air mass continues to strengthen and shift to the East. It is forecasted that this afternoon and tonight (October 28), this cold air mass will affect the weather in the northeastern and north central provinces.
Due to the influence of cold air shifting from the East combined with disturbances in the upper East wind zone, from now (October 28) to the end of October 31, in the Northeast, North and North Central regions, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The North and North Central regions are cold with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 18-21 degrees Celsius, and in the northern mountainous areas, some places are below 17 degrees Celsius.
In the Gulf of Tonkin, there are strong northeast winds of level 5. In the North East Sea, there are strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas; waves from 2.0-4.0m high.
