Quang Tien Ward Police conducted verification and learned that Mr. Nam bought the car from someone in Ho Chi Minh City because it was cheap, then brought it to Thai Hoa town to use.
Admitting that he bought the motorbike without legal documents, Mr. Nguyen Sy Nam voluntarily handed it over to the ward police for handling.
After looking up the chassis number and engine number, Quang Tien Ward Police, Thai Hoa Town found the owner of the above vehicle, Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh (born in 1992, in Phu Hoa Hamlet, Phu Hung Commune, Ben Tre City).
According to Mr. Minh, the car was stolen by a prisoner 1 year ago from a rented room in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
After completing the procedures, on the afternoon of February 4, Quang Tien Ward Police returned the property to the owner, Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh.
