The new point in this term is that, implementing the policy of the Central Committee, Party committees, Party organizations, and functional agencies have resolutely clarified the political responsibility of leaders, leaders, and managers for allowing serious corruption and negativity to occur in the areas assigned to them for management and responsibility.
On that basis, encourage cadres to resign, request to leave their positions, promptly dismiss and replace cadres who are disciplined, have limited capacity, and have reduced prestige.
To date, the Central Committee has considered removing from office, suspending work, and assigning other jobs to 15 officials under the Central Committee's management; localities have dismissed, dismissed, suspended work, and assigned other jobs to nearly 150 cases after being disciplined, including 4 officials under the Central Committee's management, and 65 officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and City Party Committee.
Investigation, prosecution and trial work have been carried out vigorously and resolutely; many particularly serious corruption and negative cases, occurring in both the state and non-state sectors, have been handled methodically, cautiously and strictly, with “no forbidden areas and no exceptions”.
Also during this period, prosecution agencies nationwide prosecuted and investigated 452 cases/1,409 defendants for corruption crimes (an increase of 155 cases/727 defendants compared to the same period in 2022).

Notably, the prosecution agencies have proactively detected, prosecuted, and investigated many large-scale, systematic, and organized corruption and negative cases, both in the state and non-state sectors, causing public outrage.
Typical cases include the case at the Consular Department (Ministry of Foreign Affairs); the case at FLC Group; the case at Tan Hoang Minh Group; the case at Van Thinh Phat Group; the case at AIC Company; cases related to the management and use of land and state assets in Binh Thuan; the case at the Vietnam Register and a number of Registration Centers;...)
