As reported, the Department of Transport temporarily suspended bus route No. 05 Vinh - Yen Thanh from September 26 to October 5, 2019. During this time, the Branch of Dong Bac Trading and Construction Corporation, LLC in Nghe An, organized a review, handled disciplinary violations, and dismissed employees who were not qualified for work, had an unserious working attitude, and violated the unit's internal rules and regulations. The unit also held meetings to thoroughly understand the rules and regulations, and to correct the working style and service attitude of all employees of bus route 05. Assigned tasks to each manager and operator and clearly defined the responsibilities, obligations, and authority of each position.
Along with that, the Branch of Dong Bac Trading and Construction Corporation, LLC in Nghe An organized a review of the technical quality of the vehicles and purchased 3 new buses to add to route 05 and 10 buses that have completed maintenance work, ensuring technical quality, installing additional journey monitoring equipment and surveillance cameras.

Accordingly, 13 buses on route 05 will resume operation to serve people from today, October 6. Some other buses have been degraded and damaged, the company will continue to invest in repairing them to ensure technical safety and will be added to the route to promptly meet people's travel needs.
