From Hung Yen to Nghe An to establish a drug ring
(Baonghean.vn) - A young man was discovered and arrested by the authorities while illegally trading a large quantity of drugs.
Nghe An authorities have just prosecuted Hoang Minh Tam (born in 1987), residing in Phung Hung commune, Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province, for illegal drug trafficking.

Previously, at 1:30 p.m. on June 2, at Hamlet 11, Yen Ly Commune (Dien Chau), the Drug and Crime Prevention Department (Nghe An Border Guard) in coordination with Task Force No. 2 (Coast Guard Command), Nghe An Provincial Customs Department, Traffic Police Team 1.48, Traffic Police Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) discovered and caught Hoang Minh Tam red-handed in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.
Evidence seized at the scene included 2 heroin cakes, 6,000 pink synthetic drug pills, 1 kg of ketamine, 1 kg of crystal meth and some other related evidence.
Currently, the authorities are expanding the investigation into the case, hunting down those involved in this drug ring.
