Due to the influence of the strong cold air, tonight and tomorrow morning (January 17), there will be rain and light rain in the North; from tomorrow (January 17), there will be rain, some places will have moderate rain and thunderstorms in the Central provinces.

Hanoi area: Tonight and tomorrow morning (January 17) there will be rain and light rain; tomorrow (January 17) the weather will turn cold, with some places experiencing severe cold, with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 8-11 degrees. From January 18, it will be cold at night and in the morning, and sunny during the day.
