Due to the influence of the strong cold air, tonight and tomorrow morning (January 17), there will be rain and light rain in the North; from tomorrow (January 17), there will be rain, some places will have moderate rain and thunderstorms in the Central provinces.
Tomorrow (January 17), in the Northern and North Central provinces, including Nghe An, the weather will turn cold.cold(The cold weather is concentrated in Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Ha Giang, Lao Cai) with the lowest temperature of 8-11 degrees, mountainous areas 4-7 degrees, high mountainous areas have places below 0 degrees and there is a possibility offrost, snow; in the provinces from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, it will be cold with the lowest temperature commonly 14-18 degrees; from tomorrow night (January 17), the South Central and Central Highlands provinces will be cold at night and in the morning; the South will be cold at night and in the early morning.

In the Gulf of Tonkin, the Central and Southern sea areas, the northeast wind will increase to level 6-7, gusting to level 9, with rough seas; waves will be 3.0-5.0m high.

The North East Sea area (including the waters of Hoang Sa archipelago) and the middle East Sea have strong northeast winds of level 7, some places level 8, gusting to level 10, rough seas; waves from 4.0-6.0m high.

The western sea area of ​​the South China Sea (including the western sea area of ​​Truong Sa archipelago) has strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 9, rough seas; waves from 3.0-5.0m high.
Hanoi area: Tonight and tomorrow morning (January 17) there will be rain and light rain; tomorrow (January 17) the weather will turn cold, with some places experiencing severe cold, with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 8-11 degrees. From January 18, it will be cold at night and in the morning, and sunny during the day.
