Entering 2021, in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic being well controlled, the economy showing signs of recovery and growth again, with the theme "Cua Lo: Safe - friendly - hospitable", the townCua Lohas been directing the implementation of specific plans, key tasks and new points to attract and serve tourists in the best way.

Specifically, Nghe An province, Cua Lo town has focused on completing infrastructure and transportation to serve tourism such as completing Cua Hoi Bridge connecting the two banks of Lam River, opening Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard to traffic. The town also focuses on investing, promoting the movement of socialization of urban beautification; strengthening innovation in state management oftourism; issue and implement a plan to develop tourist destinations and products for the 2020-2025 period; improve the quality of the accommodation system. In 2021, the town will put into operation 4 3-5 star accommodation facilities with 500 rooms, bringing the total number of accommodation facilities to 304, capable of serving 31,000 guests/day and night.

This year, Cua Lo tourism has 18 new points, notably the town's coordination with the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to advise the Provincial People's Committee to organize the Nghe An Culture and Tourism Week in Cua Lo for the first time, scheduled to take place around June 1-15, 2021, in conjunction with the fireworks show organized by Cua Lo town. In addition, there is also a connection and linkage between Cua Lo town tourism and Nghi Xuan district (Ha Tinh).

At the press conference, comrade Ho Thi Ngan - Permanent Vice President of Nghe An Journalists Association approved the summary of the Rules of the 2021 Cua Lo Tourism Writing Contest.

Representatives of press agencies spoke and asked questions to leaders of Cua Lo town and departments, branches and sectors in the province about the development and new tourist destinations of the locality.
