Ky Son Youth Exchange with Xieng Khouang Youth (Lao PDR)

(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of Ky Son District Youth Union has just organized an exchange and meeting program with the Youth Union of Muong Moc District, Xieng Khouang Province, Lao PDR.

On the side of Muong Moc district, there were comrade Kham Pheng Xay Nhac Hoong - Vice Chairman of Muong Moc district; comrade Kham That - Deputy Secretary of Muong Moc district Youth Union.

On the side of Ky Son district, there were comrade Lo Minh Hoat - Vice Chairman of the District People's Council, Chairman of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association of Ky Son district; comrade Vi Thi Quyen - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, along with representatives of departments, branches, district-level unions and youth union members.

Overview of the meeting.

At the meeting, the youth of Ky Son and Muong Moc districts (Laos) exchanged experiences on the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the two districts in the past time, on the role of youth and youth work in preserving and promoting the special solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos, and at the same time contributed proposals and recommendations in the coming time... Thereby, contributing to educating the youth of the two countries about the tradition of solidarity and special friendship between Vietnam and Laos.

Comrade Vi Thi Quyen - Vice Chairman of Ky Son district presented gifts to the working delegation of Muong Moc district.

Speaking at the exchange, Comrade Vi Thi Quyen - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee hoped that the youth of the two districts would continue to promote friendly exchange activities; coordinate with each other to propagate the policies and laws of the two parties and the two states on border security; strive to study, work, and be creative; cultivate virtue and talent, establish a career, volunteer, and make worthy contributions to the development of each country and to the everlasting friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
