This is an event showing respect for An Duong Vuong, whose name is Thuc Phan, the 18th generation descendant of King Hung, a man of extraordinary strength and intelligence. Thuc Phan had great merit in uniting the tribes in the North of our country to defeat the invading army of the Qin Dynasty. In the triumphal song ceremony, Thuc Phan was honored to be crowned King, taking the title of An Duong Vuong and changing the country's name to Au Lac, moving the capital from Phong Chau to Co Loa, and reigning for 50 years (from 257 - 208 BC).
