Russian generals and admirals... compete in shooting with US military attaché
Military attaches from the United States and several other countries have been invited to take part in shooting competitions with Russian generals and admirals, scheduled to take place on Thursday in Moscow under the auspices of DOSAAF.
The participants of the competition will be members of the Club of Military Leaders of the Russian Federation led by General Anatoly Kulikov, as well as military attaches from the embassies of the United States, China, Germany, France, Slovenia, Serbia, the Republic of Korea and Chile," the DOSAAF press service said.
Shooting competitions were held with Makarov and Glock-17 pistols, as well as personal weapons.
From the Russian side, among those planning to take part in the sporting event are the former commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Fleet Admiral Vladimir Masorin, former Deputy Commander of the Russian Navy, Admiral Ivan Vasilyev, former commander of the Baltic Fleet, Admiral Vladimir Valuyev, Vice Admiral Alexander Balyber, Colonel General Viktor Barynkin, former director of communications of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Yuri Zalogin and many others.
