The Central Inspection Commission proposed to discipline a number of collectives and individuals.

From June 1 to 4, 2020, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Commission held its 45th meeting. Comrade Tran Cam Tu - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission chaired the meeting.

At this Session, the Central Inspection Commission (CICC) reviewed and concluded the following contents:

1. After reviewing the results of monitoring a number of collectives and individuals, including: the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee; the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the Party Committee of the Hai Phong City People's Committee and the Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, the Secretary of the Party Committee, the Chairman of the City People's Committee in leading, directing, implementing the Working Regulations; managing, using land, minerals, public assets and implementing investment projects, the Central Inspection Commission requested the supervised party organizations and party members to promote their strengths, seriously review, learn from experience and promptly take measures to overcome the limitations, shortcomings and violations that have been pointed out. Requesting the Standing Committees and Inspection Commissions of the Quang Ninh, Tuyen Quang and Hai Phong provincial and municipal Party Committees to direct and conduct inspections and checks on a number of agencies and units in the area.

2.Considering the content, nature, level and consequences of the violations concluded at the 44th Session of the Central Inspection Commission; based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against Party members, the Central Inspection Commission decides:

- Disciplinary warning for comrade Tran Ngoc Cang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.

- Propose that the Politburo consider and discipline comrade Le Viet Chu - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ngai province.

3.Considering the content, nature, level and consequences of the violation; based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against Party members, the Central Inspection Commission decides:

- Disciplinary action to remove comrade Bui Van Dum - Judge of the People's Court of Hoa Binh province from all positions in the Party because during his tenure as District Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Kim Boi district, he seriously violated the principles of organizing party activities and legal regulations in the work of adjudication and execution of criminal sentences, negatively affecting the work of fighting and preventing crime, the prestige of the Party organization and the Court sector, causing outrage in society. Request the Party Executive Committee of the Supreme People's Court to report to the competent authority to consider and remove comrade Bui Van Dum from the position of Judge.

- Disciplinary warning for comrade Huynh Thanh Tung, former Party Committee member, former Vice Chairman of Ia Chim Commune People's Committee, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province for violations in land management and use in the locality.

4.The Central Inspection Committee proposed that the Secretariat consider and take disciplinary action:

- Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tho - Provincial Party Committee member, former Party Committee Secretary, former Chief Justice of Dong Thap Provincial People's Court, for seriously violating Party regulations and State laws in establishing and illegally using the Fund, in financial management and anti-corruption work.

- Comrade Pham Van Sang, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, for very seriously violating the principles of organizing party activities, moral qualities, lifestyle, exemplary responsibility and in investing, purchasing, managing, using equipment, and implementing investment projects.

5.Also at this session, the Central Inspection Commission resolved denunciations and complaints about party discipline in a number of cases; and considered and decided on a number of other important contents./.
